SouthLight Services launches DIGI-Command Cloud Platform for telecom operations management

SouthLight Services, a Denver-based software company, has launched DIGI-Command, a cloud-based platform-as-a-service built for telecommunications providers, resellers and enterprise organizations that manage communications infrastructure across multiple systems. The platform is available immediately.

DIGI-Command is designed to consolidate telecom operational workflows into a single environment, covering product catalog management, customer relationship management, ordering and fulfillment, sales tracking and network orchestration. The initial release includes full integration with Google Workspace and Google Voice, the productivity, collaboration and cloud telephony products from Alphabet's Google, allowing organizations to manage provisioning and user lifecycle management from within the same interface.

The platform also includes AI-powered orchestration functions and role-based dashboards for executives, managers and operational staff. Additional capabilities cover IT service management, commission tracking for channel partners, work order tracking and onboarding tools for resellers and their customers.

Tina Telson, CEO at SouthLight Services, described the problem the platform is built to address:

"As telecom and cloud ecosystems become increasingly fragmented, businesses need a centralized platform that simplifies operations while improving visibility and scalability. DIGI-Command was built to unify the operational experience across cloud, applications, communications, and network infrastructure while giving organizations the intelligence and automation needed to scale efficiently. Our deep integration with Google Workspace and Google Voice further extends that vision by connecting business collaboration and communications into a single operational ecosystem."

The platform targets telecom operators, managed service providers, UCaaS and CCaaS operators and enterprise organizations. SouthLight Services said the pricing model is designed to scale with business size, though specific pricing was not disclosed.
