ERPVAR partners with Zaptiva to automate ERP workflows

The alliance gives Zaptiva access to more than 2,000 mid-market consulting firms while offering ERPVAR partners a workflow automation platform that compresses multi-day transaction cycles to under 24 hours.

ERPVAR partners with Zaptiva to automate ERP workflows

ERPVAR.com, a company that connects mid-market businesses with certified ERP consultants and operates as an outsourced digital marketing agency for a network of over 3,200 authorized channel partners and independent software vendors since 2012, has announced a partnership with Zaptiva, a cloud-based, low-code automation and data transformation platform built for mid-market business workflows.

The partnership is designed to bring Zaptiva's automation capabilities into ERPVAR's consultant network, allowing ERP firms to offer clients workflow automation without writing custom code or relying on middleware integrations. Zaptiva's platform handles data ingestion from PDFs, emails and spreadsheets, and applies automatic field mapping and validation before data reaches ERP systems.

The company's internal benchmarks indicate the platform can compress transaction cycles that previously took an average of seven days through manual data entry to completion in under 24 hours, and reduce operational cycle times by more than 85 percent by intercepting format mismatches, duplicate entries and ledger synchronization errors before they affect financial records.

Adrian Montgomery, Partner at ERPVAR.com, described the commercial shift the partnership enables for consultants in the network:

By introducing their low-code, AI-enhanced automation platform to our vast network of VARs, we are helping consultants transform from traditional software installers into strategic automation advisors, ultimately delivering unmatched efficiency to end-users."

Zaptiva CEO Robert Eppele framed the alliance in terms of the structural gap it addresses:

"This strategic alliance is fundamentally designed to bridge the historical gap between traditional ERP systems and the powerful capabilities of modern, low-code operational automation." In a separate statement, Eppele addressed the channel economics behind the arrangement: "ERPVAR understands the unique pain points of ERP consulting firms and their clients. Together, we are making enterprise-grade automation accessible and budget-friendly for small-to-mid-sized businesses. Our partner program is built to reward the channel."

Beyond the technology integration, the two companies plan to launch joint educational webinars and technical content focused on ERP automation use cases. ERPVAR will also make its HubSpot-based inbound marketing infrastructure available to Zaptiva partners for lead generation. Zaptiva's partner compensation model includes recurring technology revenue for consultants who bring the platform to their clients.
