Logicalis, a global technology service provider, obtained Microsoft Frontier Partner status alongside a Microsoft Copilot specialization. Microsoft, a vendor of cloud and artificial intelligence technologies, awards the Frontier designation to organizations demonstrating expertise in delivering enterprise artificial intelligence solutions. The certification recognizes technical capability in deploying these systems within corporate environments.
The Microsoft Copilot specialization validates partner capabilities regarding the assessment, security and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions. The credential requires providers to demonstrate proficiency in extending software functions via Copilot Studio and intelligent agents. Logicalis intends to utilize these certifications to assist enterprises in transitioning from isolated pilot programs to widespread software integrations.
“The next wave of enterprise transformation will be defined by organisations that can turn AI ambition into secure, measurable business impact,” said Bob Bailkoski, Global CEO of Logicalis. “Achieving Microsoft Frontier Partner status, alongside our Copilot specialisation, positions Logicalis to help customers globally accelerate that shift with the confidence, governance and scale required to succeed.”
The certifications coincide with corporate research highlighting tension regarding the speed of artificial intelligence integration. According to the 2026 Global CIO Report published by Logicalis, 94% of organizations reported an increased appetite for artificial intelligence, though more than half stated that adoption is moving too fast. The service provider holds 12 Microsoft Advanced Specializations and maintains Azure Expert MSP status.
Anita Swann, VP, Global Alliances at Logicalis, commented on the technical requirements for these deployments. “As we begin Microsoft’s FY27 financial year, Logicalis is launching from a position of strength. Twelve Microsoft Advanced Specialisations, the Microsoft Frontier Partner badge and our continued Azure Expert MSP status,” Swann stated.
“These achievements reflect the depth of technical capability we have built across the Microsoft stack. From secure data foundations and governance to Copilot Studio, agents and enterprise-scale adoption. However, technical capability alone isn’t enough. Our 2026 Global CIO Report shows that while 94% of organisations have increased their appetite for AI, more than half believe adoption is already moving too fast. Organisations need more than AI technology; they need a partner that can help them balance innovation with governance, security and measurable business outcomes.”
The service provider addresses these requirements through consulting practices that cover strategy development and managed cloud environments.
