Inspira Enterprise expands ServiceNow partnership to cover AI governance and identity tools

Inspira Enterprise, a global cybersecurity and AI services provider, and ServiceNow, a US-based company that provides cloud-based workflow automation and IT service management software and is listed on the NYSE as NOW, have announced a partnership that positions Inspira as a delivery partner for ServiceNow's product portfolio across enterprise customers.

Inspira has deployed ServiceNow's AI Control Tower, known as AICT, as a governance layer across its own AI ecosystem. The platform centralizes visibility and lifecycle management across AI assets including AI agents, agentic workflows, models, datasets, prompts and skills, covering the process from intake and assessment through deployment, monitoring and optimization.

Inspira has onboarded more than 50 AI agents through the platform, deployed across identity and access management, threat and vulnerability management, cyber defense, risk management and internal business operations. The company said the implementation has produced a 40 percent increase in AI adoption and a 35 percent improvement in operational productivity.

ServiceNow's AICT also gives Inspira's customers a framework for AI portfolio management, risk oversight, regulatory compliance and value realization.

Following ServiceNow's acquisitions of Veza, an identity governance platform, and Armis, an asset intelligence platform, Inspira has built delivery capability across AICT, Veza and Armis, positioning the company to support customers across AI governance, identity and asset visibility within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Inspira's Center of Excellence for ServiceNow, called ICNOW, covers the vendor's full product range and includes more than 200 ready-to-deploy use cases across six industries, along with prebuilt cybersecurity accelerators that the company said can reduce implementation effort by 60 to 70 percent.

Prakash Jain, Founder, Director and Executive Chairman of Inspira Enterprise, described the shift the partnership represents for the company:

"This partnership marks a strategic leap for Inspira Enterprise as we evolve into an upstream provider of enterprise intelligence and control. By combining AI-powered ServiceNow workflows with deep cybersecurity expertise into a single operating layer, we are enabling real-time risk visibility, automated remediation, and stronger business control at the core of modern enterprise operations."

Adrian Johnston, President for APAC at ServiceNow, pointed to Inspira's dual role as both a customer and a delivery partner:

"Inspira's unique position, as both an AICT customer and a full-spectrum ServiceNow delivery partner, means enterprises now have a trusted partner to help them govern, implement, and scale their AI investments across the full ServiceNow ecosystem. We are committed to scaling industry-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value, and Inspira's AICT deployment is a powerful proof point of what responsible AI adoption looks like in practice."
