Singapore-based Cogniviti Labs (C-Labs), an AI and digital transformation company focused on procurement and finance, has expanded into South Africa, extending its international footprint with a local operation in Johannesburg. The company said the move is part of its broader global expansion and will bring its procurement, finance and business process offerings to organizations in the country.
The South African business will be led by Manav Sachdeva, who has more than two decades of experience in procurement technology, automation and digital transformation. Local sales and delivery teams will work alongside C-Labs' delivery centers in Singapore and India.
Rather than offering standalone software, C-Labs said it will provide end-to-end Coupa source-to-pay projects that cover operating model design, implementation, change management and the deployment of Coupa AI agents. The company has also developed AI-based spend analytics and master data management tools that analyze procurement and master data.
“Unlike other off-the-shelf solutions, we co-develop AI-powered procurement solutions with our clients, tailoring them to their specific business challenges, processes and data environments. Our platforms are highly flexible and integration-ready for ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Sage,” says Sachdeva.
The company has established operations in Singapore, India, Indonesia, Australia, the United Kingdom and now South Africa. Alongside its procurement services, C-Labs has developed a portfolio of AI agents for procurement and finance functions that automate workflows, generate insights and support enterprise decision-making.
