Acumatica, a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform vendor, appointed Roman Bukary as senior vice president of partner strategy and programs. Bukary assumes responsibility for directing the development, execution and ongoing management of the company's partner ecosystem programs. The appointment supports the software provider's distribution model, which relies on channel firms to market, implement and service its commercial applications.
Bukary moves into the executive position with more than 20 years of operating experience in enterprise software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence companies. Prior to joining the platform provider, Bukary worked as chief revenue officer at Netgain Solutions, an accounting and financial software developer, where he managed revenue development and partner initiatives. He additionally maintains active advisory roles for artificial intelligence startup firms focusing on business growth and organizational restructuring.
The appointment comes as enterprise resource planning software vendors increasingly depend on specialized channel networks to scale customer implementation capabilities and maintain long-term retention metrics. Bukary will supervise the allocation of training resources, program metrics and support systems across the firm's global integration network.
