Creatio, a Boston based company that develops CRM and workflow software, has introduced a new enterprise operating model designed around the use of AI agents alongside human workers, reflecting how software vendors are rethinking pricing and platform architecture as automation expands across business operations.
The company announced Unlimited Enterprise, a model that removes limits on users, workflows, applications and AI agents across its platform. The launch also introduces a new pricing structure that bundles access to the company’s CRM products and platform capabilities under a single plan.
The change reflects a broader shift in enterprise software economics, where software licensing models built around seat counts are increasingly being challenged by automation driven workflows. According to Creatio, the new model is designed for organizations running processes that combine human oversight with AI driven execution.
“Traditional enterprise software was built for a different time,” said Katherine Kostereva, CEO at Creatio. “In the age of AI, the question is not how many users or workflows a platform can support, but how much work an organization can execute. Unlimited Enterprise shifts the model from access to execution, so that organizations can use technology to accelerate their business with no limits.”
The model combines CRM capabilities with workflow automation and no code development tools inside a single platform. According to the company, organizations can build applications using visual tools alongside AI coding agents while maintaining governance and observability capabilities.
Creatio said the platform is designed to support workflows across sales, service and marketing while allowing companies to scale the number of applications, custom objects, API calls and automated processes without predefined platform limits.
The accompanying Unlimited pricing plan includes unrestricted access across users, custom AI agents, applications, workflows, custom objects and API usage. The company said the approach is intended to allow organizations to expand automation programs and consolidate systems without licensing constraints becoming a scaling factor.
Creatio said it serves thousands of customers across more than 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows each day through its platform ecosystem.
