Epicor connects Warehouse Software With Karmak Dealer platform

Epicor, a provider of enterprise software for manufacturing, distribution and automotive businesses, has completed certified integration between its Indago warehouse management system and Karmak Fusion, a dealer management platform used by heavy duty truck dealerships. The integration was certified through Karmak’s Alliance Program and is intended to synchronize warehouse and dealership data in real time.

Karmak, which develops dealer management software for heavy duty truck operations, said the connection allows inventory movements and transactions to flow between Indago WMS and Fusion without manual reconciliation. The systems share information across parts, service and financial operations, giving users a common view of inventory activity.

“Epicor Indago WMS was designed to modernize warehouse operations and extend the value of core business systems like Karmak Fusion,” said Suellyn Sprague, Vice President and General Manager, Automotive, Epicor. “This certified integration underscores our commitment to delivering connected, end-to-end solutions that provide real-time visibility, improve accuracy and drive measurable business outcomes for our customers.”

“We’re excited to welcome Indago WMS to the Karmak Alliance Program as our newest fully Certified Partner,” said Reid Heiser, Sr. Manager of Marketing and Alliances, Karmak. “Our customers depend on reliable, accurate data across their systems, and this collaboration ensures that warehouse operations are fully aligned with dealership processes. The result is greater operational efficiency and a stronger foundation for growth.”

The integration was tested in production by Tom Nehl Truck Company, a heavy duty truck dealership that worked with Epicor and Karmak during development. The company deployed Indago WMS alongside its existing Karmak Fusion environment to address warehouse performance and inventory control.

“With Indago WMS, we’ve significantly improved inventory accuracy, reduced receiving time by nearly 50% and gained far better visibility into inventory movement,” said Court Wright, Director of IT, Tom Nehl Truck Company. “It’s become a core part of our warehouse operations and a key driver of efficiency.”

Epicor said the integrated offering is now available to customers that use both platforms, providing a single data flow between warehouse operations and dealership systems.
